Commissions/Custom orders are orders for particular works in the catalogue that may not be currently available and or variations to works found in the catalogue that can not be delivered to you in 14 days. The delivery date will be negotiated for you by Definite Style with each maker and you will be notified of any changes to this delivery date. Each of our works is hand made by each artist and commissions/custom orders are one of a kind items often made to a particular size and colour.

Most of our commissions/custom orders are delivered within 28 days. A few items in the collectables section take longer many items take just over a week. Each item on the website has an estimated delivery time, and we endeavour to send work within 14 days, which is our minimum delivery time. However many items will surprise you and appear on your door step within 3 or 5 days. Our packages are posted registered post and take 3 to 5 days to arrive.
